A cozy apartment situated 20 min walk from downtown Rovinj. It can accommodate up to 6 person. Situated on the last floor. The place has public parking in front of the house, a kitchen, living room, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. It is equipped with air condition, SAT TV and WI FI. Near by are hotels, coffee bars, supermarket, restaurant and the beach is about 600 m away. Kindly note: There is parking in front of the building. Smoking is not allowed.
two bedroom have double bed and third smaller bedroom is with bunk bed. Air condition is in living room and in 2 bedrooms. Kitchenette is equipped with all basics for cooking. Both bathrooms comes with shower. there is free wifi

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the house 2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the house (air condition, tv, lights...) 3. Quiet time from 21 PM - 8 AM 4. Take care of the house, especially floor and furniture 5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
