Stela Borik offers 2 apartments for rent. There is bigger modern apartment with luxury touch that can accommodate up to 4 person. With 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, great open kitchen with living an dinning area and nice balcony with panorama view. Seccond apartment is more simple but very nice and can accommodate up to 2 persons.
This luxurious/comfortable apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen with glass walls offering views of the sea and Rovinj. The bedrooms overlook the forest surrounding the house and offer a peaceful wake-up to the morning songs of birds. The kitchen is luxuriously equipped with Miele appliances, a dedicated wine fridge, and a terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine while admiring the view of Rovinj's old town.

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the house 2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the house (air condition, tv, lights...) 3. Quiet time from 21 PM - 8 AM 4. Take care of the house, especially floor and furniture 5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
