This vacation three levels vacation house, located in the center of Rovinj, can accomodate up to 5 persons. The air-conditioned vacation home consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee machine. A great feature is a beautiful patio with dining area and a hot tub.
On the ground floor there is a toilette, a kitchen, a living room, and an outside deck with large table area and a hot tub. On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, 1 more bathroom, a living space / auxiliary bedroom (with extendable couch). On the second floor there is an open attic room.

House rules
1. Close the windows when going out of the house 2. Switch off all electricity when going out of the house (TV, lights...) 3. Quiet time from 21:00 - 08:00 (9 PM - 8 AM). 4. Take care of the house, especially the equipment, floor and furniture 5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
