Mare % Terra offer you 2 private apartments to rent. Mare apartment is with 2 separate bedrooms ideal for 4 persons and Terra apartment is with 1 bedroom for 2 plus sofa in living room for additional 1 or 2 person. Since the place is down town coffee bars, restaurants, town square, supermarkets etc... are all within walking distance. There is a parking available not far from the apartment that cost 10€ per day and is available on request. Kindly note: Pets are allowed only on request. Smoking is allowed only outside. Apartment is not accessible by car and parking is not in front of the apartment.
The apartment has a bedroom with queen size bed, a living room with seating places and convertible sofa, SAT TV, internet WI FI and air condition.

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the house 2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the house (air condition, tv, lights...) 3. Quiet time from 21 PM - 8 AM 4. Take care of the house, especially floor and furniture 5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
