This large 2 bedrooms apartment, capacity for up to 5 person with 1 private bathroom, equipped kitchen, terrace and parking Kindly note: Pets: extra charge is 10 eur per day There is private parking in front of the building. Smoking is allowed only on terrace.
Both bedrooms have double beds. There is single sofa in living ro for extra person and dinning table with chaird. Fullz equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Air condition is in living room. Private bathroom comes with shower and there is washing machine. Private parking place and terrace.

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the house 2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the house (air condition, tv, lights...) 3. Quiet time from 21 PM - 8 AM 4. Take care of the house, especially floor and furniture 5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
