A spacious apartment in Rovinj. It can accommodate up to 4 person,ideal for a family. It has 1 bedroom with double bed nad living room with single bed and sofa, a kitchen with utilities provided, bathroom, and two balcony Equipped with air conditioning. It is situated about 5 minutes to the closes supermarket and about 15 min walk to beach and town. Kindly note: Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only on balcony.
Bedroom 1 have nice double bed and a balcony. Living room comes with single bed and sofa that can be prepared as a bed for additional person. Ari condition is in bedroom and living room. Kitchen is equipped with microvawe, kettle, coffee machine and fridge.

House rules
1. Close the windows when you are going out of the house 2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the house (air condition, tv, lights...) 3. Quiet time from 21 PM - 8 AM 4. Take care of the house, especially floor and furniture 5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
