This comfortable and nice apartment is situated on first floor in a building with other flats. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom, closed covered terrace with sitting area, living room with extendable sofa for additional 1 or 2 persons, kitchen with a dining room. The place has free internet wi fi, and satellite TV. Also a washing machine in the bathroom. The place is walking distance from restaurants, super markets, coffee bars, city center and beaches. The place is on the 1st floor available only by stairs. Kindly note: There is private parking in front of the building but it is not possible to reserve it. Additionally only 2 minutes away are also free public parking places. Pets are allowed only on request. Smoking is allowed only on terrace. Baby cot is available only on request.
This apartment is ideal for couples, solo travelers or family with 1 child or baby. Have 1 double bed and sofa in the same room for additional guest. Kitchen comes with dinning table and chairs and is equipped with microwave, coffee maker, kettle... There is SAT tv and free WiFi. Bed linen, towels, toilet paper on arrival, hair dryer are provided
