Comfortable private apartment for 2 to 4 persons with 1 separate bedroom, large living room with kitchen and large bathroom. Apartment is located in the unique part of old town and has direct access to the shared beach and shared terrace. Because of its his location it is not reachable with car. Kindly note: PETS are NOT alloowed Terrace is NOT Private Smoking is allowed only outside. * because of its position next to the sea it is possible that the apartment will have more humidity some days
The apartment is ideal for 2 people but it can accommodate 4. The place has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, SAT TV and bed linen included, 1 big bathroom with shower, towels included, toilet, washing machine, iron, ironing board and hair dryer

1. Close the windows when leaving the house 2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the house (air condition, tv, lights...) 3. Quiet time from 21 PM - 8 AM 4. Take care of the house, especially floor and furniture 5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
