2 apartments situated in unique location in the heart of Rovinj in front of the beach. Both apartments are same size but 1 is with 3 separate bedrooms and other is with 1 separate bedroom, each with great sea view. The place is covered with internet WI FI. Kindly note: Smaller pets allowed on request. Smoking is allowed only outside.
The apartment is capacity up to 7 persons. The place has 3 bedrooms each with own bathroom, and bad linen included, towels included, toilet, washing machine, iron, ironing board and hair dryer

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the house 2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the house (air condition, tv, lights...) 3. Quiet time from 21 PM - 8 AM 4. Take care of the house, especially floor and furniture 5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
