Newly built modern villa with great outside area and private swimming pool. House have 4 separate bedrooms and can accommodate 8 person
3 bedrooms have double beds and 1 bedroom is with 2 single beds. Kitchen is fully equipped with diswasher, oven and all you need for cooking. Each bedroom comes with air condition and tv with satelitte programs. Wifi covers all area. There is also air condition in living room. On ground floor you have exit to the nice covered terrace with dinning table and chairs. On first floor there is also nice balcony.

1. Close the windows when you are going out of the house 2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the house (air condition, tv, lights...) 3. Quiet time from 21 PM - 8 AM 4. Take care of the house, especially floor and furniture 5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated
