Description
A nice one bedroom house with parking situated just 10 min walk from downtown Rovinj. It is perfect for 2 person but it can accommodate up to 4 on a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with necessary utilities for cooking, a living room with SAT TV and air conditioning, and a bathroom with washing machine. It has free Wi Fi covering all the rooms in the house. Also has free parking, a terrace and a small garden. The closest super market is Valalta 5-10 min walk. Kindly note: There is private parking in front of the building. Pets are allowed only on request. Smoking is allowed only on terrace.
House have 1 separate bedroom and additional sofa for 2 in living room.
