This spacious apartment is perfectly nestled in the picturesque and historic center of Rovinj. Located on the top floor (3rd floor) of a classic vintage building, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the historic old town, the stunning Adriatic Sea, and the picturesque Lokva Square. The spacious apartment includes two inviting bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, and a cozy, extendable couch for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to feel right at home, whether you’re whipping up a quick meal or enjoying a relaxed breakfast. KINDLY NOTE: Parking is not in front of the building. There is public parking aprox 13 minutes walking distance. From that parking we can arrange Electric car that can drive you to the apartment (15 eur)

Upon entering into the apartment, there is a hallway. First door to the right opens the first bedroom with double bed. Second door to the right is bathroom's door. A living room / kitchen open space invites you to relax. There is also second bedroom with double bed.
